Junho was born in North Carolina, USA, but grew up in South Korea. He moved back to the United States for undergraduate study in 2008 since he wanted to get education in the United States. Junho graduated from SUNY Stony Brook majoring in business management and economics. After working for three years as data analyst at Samsung Electronics, he recently decided to change career to web programming and attended General Assembly NYC.
